Purchases & subscriptions
- Restore a purchase: open the in-app Shop and tap Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel a subscription: in your App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) account settings.
- Refunds are handled by the store: Apple — Report a Problem · Google Play refunds. Email us if you need a hand.
Lost progress
Most game progress is saved on your device. Reinstalling or switching phones can reset it unless cloud save is enabled. If you've lost progress, email us with your app name and roughly when it happened and we'll do our best to help.
Bugs & crashes
