Scorely — Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Scorely (the "App"), published by Naylalabs. By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Scorely offers live football scores, fixtures, AI-assisted match analysis, and community-shared prediction "coupons", for information and entertainment purposes.
Scorely is not a bookmaker. It does not facilitate real-money betting or move funds. Predictions, analyses, odds, and coupons inside the App are informational and entertainment content only — never betting or investment advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and comply with your local laws regarding betting/gambling- adjacent content to use Scorely. If you are under this age, or such content is prohibited where you live, do not use the App.
3. Account & device identity
Scorely runs on an anonymous device identity that requires no registration. You may optionally sign in with Apple, Google, or Firebase to carry your identity to another device. You are responsible for the security of your device and sign-in method, and for all activity through your device.
4. Points, coupons & virtual economy
In-app points, coupons, and similar virtual items are valid only within Scorely. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money, sold, or transferred. To prevent abuse, we may adjust, reset, or suspend balances, limits, or earning rules at any time.
5. Subscriptions & purchases (Pro)
Scorely Pro may be an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payments and renewals are processed through your Apple/Google account via RevenueCat. Cancel anytime from your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple's/Google's own policies — Naylalabs does not process refunds directly.
6. Advertising
The free tier displays ads via Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad consent and data.
7. User content & conduct
Your handle, shared coupons, and tipster stats may be publicly visible. You agree not to post spam, harassment, or misleading/manipulative predictions; abuse the points/coupon economy via bots or multiple devices; or attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service. You can report content or users from within the App. We may remove content that violates these terms and suspend or terminate accounts/devices.
8. Intellectual property
The Scorely brand, app design, and AI-generated analysis text belong to Naylalabs. Match/fixture data is licensed from third-party providers and may not be redistributed outside the App.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Scores, odds, fixtures, and AI analysis come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Scorely is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naylalabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Scorely Pro in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you've violated these terms. You can stop using the App anytime by deleting it; cancel any active Pro subscription separately from your store account.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable law grants you.

Scorely — Kullanım Koşulları
Naylalabs tarafından yayımlanan Scorely ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı bu koşullar düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmet
Scorely; canlı futbol skorları, fikstürler, yapay zeka destekli maç analizleri ve topluluk içinde paylaşılan tahmin "kupon"larını, bilgilendirme ve eğlence amacıyla sunar.
Scorely bir bahis şirketi değildir. Gerçek parayla bahis oynatmaz, para transferi yapmaz. Uygulama içindeki tahminler, analizler, oranlar ve kuponlar yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğlence içeriğidir — bahis veya yatırım tavsiyesi değildir.
2. Uygunluk
Scorely'i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız ve bahis/oyun içeriğine ilişkin yerel yasalara uymanız gerekir. Bu yaşın altındaysanız veya bulunduğunuz yerde bu tür içerikler yasaksa Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
3. Hesap & cihaz kimliği
Scorely, kayıt gerektirmeyen anonim bir cihaz kimliğiyle çalışır. İsteğe bağlı olarak Apple, Google veya Firebase ile giriş yaparak kimliğinizi başka bir cihaza taşıyabilirsiniz. Cihazınızın ve giriş yönteminizin güvenliğinden ve cihazınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
4. Puanlar, kuponlar ve sanal ekonomi
Uygulama içindeki puanlar, kuponlar ve benzeri sanal öğeler yalnızca Scorely içinde geçerlidir; nakit değeri yoktur, gerçek paraya çevrilemez, satılamaz veya devredilemez. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için bakiyeleri, limitleri veya kazanım kurallarını herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme, sıfırlama veya askıya alma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
5. Abonelik ve satın alımlar (Pro)
Scorely Pro, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınan, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olabilir. Ödemeler ve yenilemeler RevenueCat aracılığıyla, doğrudan Apple/Google hesabınız üzerinden işlenir. Aboneliğinizi mağaza hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda geçerli olur. İadeler Apple'ın/Google'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir — Naylalabs doğrudan iade işlemi yapmaz.
6. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz katmanda Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterilir. Pro'ya yükseltme reklamları kaldırır. Reklam onayı ve verileri hakkında ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikamıza bakın.
7. Kullanıcı içeriği ve davranış
Kullanıcı adınız, paylaştığınız kuponlar ve tipster istatistikleriniz herkese açık olabilir. Spam, taciz veya yanıltıcı/manipülatif tahmin ve kupon paylaşmamayı; puan/kupon ekonomisini bot veya birden fazla cihazla suistimal etmemeyi; servisi tersine mühendislikle çözmeye veya izinsiz erişmeye çalışmamayı kabul edersiniz. Uygulama içinden içerik/kullanıcı bildirebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırma ve hesapları/cihazları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
8. Fikri mülkiyet
Scorely markası, uygulama tasarımı ve yapay zeka tarafından üretilen analiz metinleri Naylalabs'a aittir. Maç/fikstür verileri üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan lisanslanır ve Uygulama dışında yeniden dağıtılamaz.
9. Sorumluluk reddi ve sınırlandırma
Skorlar, oranlar, fikstürler ve yapay zeka analizleri üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan gelir ve gecikmeli, eksik veya hatalı olabilir. Scorely "olduğu gibi" sunulur; doğruluk, güncellik veya belirli bir amaca uygunluk konusunda garanti verilmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Naylalabs Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz; toplam sorumluluğumuz, varsa, son 12 ayda Scorely Pro için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
10. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal ettiğinizi düşündüğümüzde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulamayı silerek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz; aktif bir Pro aboneliğiniz varsa iptalini mağaza hesabınızdan ayrıca yapmanız gerekir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler yukarıdaki tarihe yansıtılır. Güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
12. Geçerli hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir, yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı zorunlu haklar saklı kalmak kaydıyla.
